Community Sponsorships
Domino's Pizza is proud to invest time and resources into supporting young Australians nationally, as well as providing support to customers and their local communities. We believe in the importance of building strong relationships with local organizations that share our commitment to making a positive difference.
Our Minds & Meals program focuses on two key areas:
- Youth Mental Health: We are passionate about supporting initiatives that promote youth mental health and well-being.
- Disaster Relief: In times of crisis, Domino's Pizza is committed to providing support and assistance to those affected by natural disasters.

Giving Back to the Community
At Domino's Pizza Indonesia, we believe in the power of pizza to bring people together and make a positive impact. If you would like to request a pizza donation for an upcoming event, fundraiser, team sponsorship, or charitable event, please submit a nomination request via our Feed the Knead program.
Local franchise-owned stores welcome the opportunity to participate in community-related programs and activities. However, please note that Domino's Pizza reserves the right to decide whether or not to enter into a sponsorship agreement with particular parties. Compliance with our sponsorship guidelines does not automatically guarantee our commitment to a proposal.

Domino's Pizza Indonesia sponsors:
- Local community groups
- Sporting clubs
- Charity organizations
- Schools
- Events
- Service clubs
Unfortunately, we do not sponsor:
- Controversial events or organizations
- Any event, organization, or charity that is already affiliated with or sponsored by a fast food competitor
- Internationally based organizations
Domino's Pizza Indonesia's Payment and Delivery Guidelines
To ensure the quality and reliability of our pizza delivery service, we have established specific guidelines for payment and delivery.
Our current payment methods include:
- Cash: You can pay in cash when you receive your order at our store.
- Debit Card / COD: We will use an EDC machine to debit your credit or debit card when you receive your order at our store.
- Online Payment: You can make a direct online payment using a Visa/Mastercard-branded credit/debit card on our website or app.
We offer a 30-minute delivery guarantee, which is calculated from the time your order is successfully received by our store. This guarantee applies to maximum transactions of IDR 250,000, excluding delivery fees. Please note that online orders require a minimum purchase value of IDR 50,000-.
All transactions are subject to a 10% tax. Once an online order and payment have been made using a credit card, you will not be entitled to cancel your order.
