Sorted, this is the parent post for everything now,art so good it makes me wish i was into feet.this Series is awesome, I hope it continues. To the moderators: I think this post should ideally replace the other posts I uploaded under IDs 228766, 228768, 228769, as this is just those 3 posts combined to better stand alone.
Alexis sat down against the wall, watching Noah land blow after blow. She could see the strength and mastery in his movements. She suspected he could tear through that canvas bag with his fist like it was nothing. For him to be forced into a corner, to be bested by these monsters, what did that say about her?
I left her there, naked and bleeding, and the next time I saw her, she was at the base of the west tower, having jumped to her death. Galvin told me not to concern myself with her, that she was simply a broken toy, and that I would find another. But I knew different. She wasn’t a broken toy, and though she made her choice, it wasn’t suicide; it was murder. I killed her. I hurt her, I violated her, and made her life so painful that I might as well have pushed her off that tower myself. I knew it, but I didn’t want to accept it.
