Marina Bay Sands, a leading destination for business, leisure, and entertainment in Asia, is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our Market Development sales team, you will be responsible for driving business from defined target markets, promoting the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort, and growing and maintaining a specific assigned book of business.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative at Marina Bay Sands, your responsibilities will include:
- Working effectively with the respective Market Development sales team to drive business from defined target markets.
- Supporting a culture of communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing to help build constructive, dynamic teams that exhibit the Marina Bay Sands core values.
- Taking ownership in personal professional development and growth.
- Collaborating with other teams and departments to help build an efficacious organization that is business-focused and people-centric.
- Protecting the integrity and reputation of Marina Bay Sands and its team members.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Promoting the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and driving increased awareness of Las Vegas Sands and its affiliated properties.
- Growing and maintaining a specific assigned book of business through personalized sales engagement, in accordance with all company policies.
- Developing strong professional interpersonal relationships with new and existing customers to drive incremental visitation to Marina Bay Sands.
- Ensuring that excellent customer experience is the focal point of customer touchpoints and interactions, in alignment with all applicable guidelines.
Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Developing an understanding of the demographics, culture, behaviors, and competitive landscape in each respective target market to support the design, development, and execution of successful business strategies.
- Assisting in the timely implementation of market-specific initiatives with clear, measurable targets and assigned ownership to maintain and grow the business segment.
- Actively contributing in collaborative strategic planning processes within the team to identify opportunities that will drive optimal growth and both short- and long-term profitability for Marina Bay Sands.

Background and Skills:
To apply for this role, you should have:
- A university degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience in sales, business development, relationship marketing, hospitality, or related fields.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English as the successful candidate will be required to liaise with Mandarin and English speaking guests. Other Asian dialects or languages will be viewed favorably.
- Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft software including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
