Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino adalah sebuah hotel empat bintang yang terletak di Cebu City, Filipina. Hotel ini memiliki 561 kamar tamu. Fungsi hotel termasuk ruang aula Pacific Grand Ballroom dengan luas lantai sekitar 2,000 meter persegi, sepuluh ruang fungsi, dan dua taman kolam.

Hotel ini dibuka pada tahun 1998, tepat waktu untuk Kongres Tourism ASEAN yang diadakan dalam tahun yang sama. Namun, rencana hotel telah dimulai sejak tahun 1993. Hotel Cebu City adalah perusahaan kedua yang didirikan oleh Waterfront Hotel & Casino, dengan yang pertama berada di Pulau Mactan yang dibuka pada tahun 1996.
