I am unable to purchase more character slot expansion coupons from the cash shop after reaching the maximum number of 21, despite the fact that the maximum capacity is actually 47. I am not sure why this is happening and would like to report it as a bug.

This is not actually a bug, but rather an intended feature of the game. Players are only allowed to have a maximum of 21 character slots outside of special events or paragon.

Additional Information: The cash shop only sells up to 21 character slot expansion coupons, and this is intentional. There are other ways to obtain additional character slots, such as through seasonal events, monster collection, or elite boss drops.
