Operational Hours

Our store operates from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM WIB (Western Indonesia Time). On Sundays and national holidays, we may have a slower response time due to reduced staff. However, for all other days, you can expect a fast response to your inquiries.

Ordering and Transactions

Please note that we do not accept requests for customization or variations on product purchases, except as specified in the product variation description. For payment methods, please see our store's policies below.

Shipping Policy

Orders received before 3:30 PM WIB will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 3:30 PM WIB will be shipped out the next business day. On Sundays and national holidays, we do not ship orders.

Q: Gan, when can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Shipping times vary depending on your location. You can check with our shipping partners for estimated delivery times or see the estimated delivery time at checkout. We only control orders up until they reach their intended destination.

Q: Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
A: If your order has not arrived, it may be due to incomplete address information, which can delay shipment. Please ensure that your name, address, and phone number are complete and accurate. In the event of any other delivery issues, we will notify you.

Received Orders

When receiving your package, please take a video of the unboxing process for our records and for easier returns or warranty claims. Please confirm receipt of your order on the transaction details page once it has been deemed suitable.

Product Warranty

Please note that product warranties are detailed in each product description. If you have any questions about a product's warranty, please contact us through our chat feature. Human error will void all warranties, including damage caused by liquids, missing or damaged seals, defective units, and the like.

Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please provide proof of unboxing (video) and ensure that the product was in working order from the start or within 3 x 24 hours of receipt. Damaged or malfunctioning products caused by misuse will not be accepted for return.

The cost of returning goods to our store will be borne by the customer. After a successful return, we will absorb any shipping costs incurred during the exchange process. Please provide positive feedback once your return has been completed.
