Casino a disgrace. I play blackjack and first 6 hands for house was 3 blackjacks on trot with another 2 in the next 3! 5 blackjacks in 6 hands, total disgrace.

Disgusting… my 73-year-old mum made an account a couple of years ago as she likes a spin on the slots from time to time. Disabled, she can't get out and about much so it's a little fun for her. Out of the blue, she gets an email saying "we have decided to restrict your account"… no reason given, NOTHING! Just barred from Sky Betting Games etc… broke her heart… absolutely disgraceful how Sky treats customers… gonna get in touch with Ofcom as there's no need to hurt people and it's just spiteful… congrats Sky, you dirty little money grabbers.
The Worst Casino Experience

Worst casino, I've ever come across!!! I spent thousands of dollars on these guys finally had a win over $2000 and they asked me to be Verified to withdraw. Sending everything and more, and they kept asking me for different documents… after sending them multiple documents at the same time multiple times, I still wouldn't let me withdraw. Absolute rubbish; don't waste your time with these guys, the clowns!!!

Experiencing the worst casino ever in terms of customer service and account review. 2 months ago I had my account suspended pending document verification. All documents were sent… they had the guts to tell me I sent the wrong bank statement lol, so there goes another delay. Their live chat just told me every time I email my issue gets put at the back of the queue! So every time I request an update, they ignore it even more. Sky should not withhold my cash without reason. Anyone else experiencing this awful service? It's coming up to 3 months now…

Having played a fair bit on various games, it appears allegations that Sky Casino enjoys more than just the house edge. Blackjack in particular appears to be rigged. Either every one of the genuine reviews on here is incorrect or there's some serious shenanigans going on. Losing is normal, however, the weight and manner of the losses is abnormal.

Been playing years; win the jackpot boom account suspended still no further on a week later. I have won $100s, withdrew no problem, and when I win big, it's like they have to beg for the money to be given to you. I loved this casino but it took all the fun outta it for me along with the fun and high of winning.
