As a leading global online services platform, Tencent has announced the release of two new mobile PUBG games in China. The games, titled "绝地求生: 刺激战场" (PUBG: Extreme Battlefield) and "绝地求生: 全军出击" (PUBG: Total War), are developed by Timi Studio and Lightspeed & Quantum Studio respectively.
According to Daniel Ahmad, an analyst at Niko Partners, both games will be powered by Unreal Engine 4 and feature a mix of game play videos and trailers. The two games will offer different gaming experiences, with "绝地求生: 刺激战场" focusing on large-scale battles and "绝地求生: 全军出击" providing a more traditional PUBG experience.
