As a frequent visitor to casinos, I've had my fair share of experiences – some good, others not so much. In this article, I'll be sharing my thoughts on the casino industry, specifically on the cash games, verification process, and general attitude towards players.
Cash Games: The Waiting Game
I recently registered for a cash game at a popular casino and was excited to play with friends. However, things didn't quite go as planned. Upon arrival, I found myself on a waiting list of 33 out of 65, which was frustrating. When I asked about my chances of joining a table later that night, the response was less than enthusiastic. To make matters worse, I received an email at 1 am inviting me to join a table, only to find out it was already closed by the time I arrived.
Money Greedy
I had a terrible experience at a casino where I was kicked out for being "too drunk." Despite only having three drinks all night, I was treated like a common criminal and forced to leave. The staff seemed more interested in getting rid of us than addressing the issue. It was an incredibly degrading experience that left me feeling humiliated.
Serious Rigging
I've had my suspicions about rigged games at this particular casino (Clown's Without Circus). They often get away with unfair practices, such as straight against flush on a 3-seat table. This is a clear attempt to let players lose more frequently while the house wins. When I played on a 9-seat table, it was logical to expect similar hands, but that never happened. It's disappointing to see casinos resorting to underhanded tactics.
Terrible Verification
I encountered significant issues with the verification process for non-Dutch speakers. Despite multiple attempts and contacts with customer support, my account remained locked. The process was frustrating and unhelpful, leaving me feeling like I was being treated unfairly.
Rejected Because We Were Tired
My friends and I had a terrible experience at a casino where we were rejected due to being "too tired." It's ridiculous that a casino would turn away customers simply because they're not in the right mood. The fact that we stayed in a hotel nearby just to enjoy the experience only added to our disappointment.
Decent Enough, Good Dutch Casino
I had a decent experience at a Dutch casino, with easy deposits and withdrawals. However, the registration process was slow and buggy. With some improvements to their website and customer support, this casino has potential.
Don't Play on This Site…
Unfortunately, my last experience was a disaster. The slots were all high-velocity, requiring hundreds of spins to gain a bonus when playing with just €1. Even then, the site refused to pay out more than 100x. I never won anything significant and wouldn't recommend this casino.
As you can see, my experiences at casinos have been mixed – from frustration with registration and verification processes to disappointment with rigged games and poor customer service. As a player, it's essential to be aware of these issues to make informed decisions about where to play.
