I actually have never seen Steins;Gate. I did about 5 minutes of research off of Kurisu's character sheet on TVTropes and wrote from there (picking up Daru's identity along the way). On the other hand, Valia’s attacks were slower than usual, but clearly, she had regained most of her strength. It wouldn’t be long until she regained her original strength.
