To join square aluminium profiles, we recommend the FlowStore FastLock connector because it allows fast and easy assembly. No machining is required.

FlowStore Aluminium Extrusion is manufactured to grade 6063 T66, creating a strong and robust extrusion with a 15-micron anodised layer to meet material handling requirements. Our profiles come from a single mill to ensure greater quality and consistency across every profile.

Different Types of Connectors for Aluminium Extrusions

FlowStore FastLock Connector: This is a self-tapping barrel connector that screws in, creating its own hole within the slot. This means that it does not require drilling or any other machining to connect two profiles.

Central Connector: These connectors require profiles to have holes drilled into the profile and requires workshop tools. If you do not have access to workshop tools, please use the FlowStore FastLock Connector.

Angle Brackets: These triangle brackets are ideal for providing strong and robust connections on larger profiles where extra heavy-duty applications are being used because profiles can be aligned directly with the connector.

Adjustable angle connectors are also available where you require a work surface to be tiltable to allow you to inspect or easily manoeuvre objects from floor to working height.
