The smart TV home call feature allows you to access the B TV home screen with just one button press if you are using a smart TV. This feature is only available for users who have a smart TV.

Direct Access

With the direct access feature, you can directly execute the menu or function that you have set as your favorite. To change this setting, go to [B TV Home > Settings > User Customization > Direct Access].

Volume Slider

The volume slider is located on the side of the remote control and allows you to adjust the volume of your TV. When you press the volume button, it will also adjust the volume of B TV (1-32 levels).

TV Volume

You can adjust the volume of your TV using the TV volume button. The volume level can be adjusted according to the setting on the side volume slider (1-32 levels). If you hold down the volume button for more than 2 seconds, the mute function will activate.

Channel

The channel feature allows you to change the live channels on B TV.

Numeric and Character Input

Using the remote control keypad, you can input numbers, characters, and symbols. The numeric and character guide will appear on your TV screen. * deletes one character at a time. # converts numbers, characters, and symbols.

Charging Port

The charging port is USB-C type and takes up to 2 hours and 30 minutes to fully charge.

Environmental Smart Remote Control

B TV provides an environmental smart remote control for new users who have not used the basic remote control. Existing B TV subscribers can apply for a single smart remote control without changing their set-top box.

Color Selection

When you first apply, you can select your preferred color. However, you cannot change the color during use (black to red).

Device Damage Compensation

If you fail to return the device due to your own negligence, we may charge compensation for damages. In case of loss or damage, we will charge repair costs (including accessories) if the device is returned.

Compensation Calculation Method
