Worst Casino I have ever dealt with. Reported to gambling commission and had to threaten legal action to get them to process withdrawal. They are breaking UK Gambling License conditions by asking customers for onerous KYC at point of withdrawal. Shouldn't be trading

Unlawful practices. Waiting for over 1 month for my funds. Criminal.

Horrendous, unlawful practices. Did the registration offer and my account was locked. They asked for KYC, which I have provided now 4 times. Live Chat is just there to keep you at bay while they try to keep your money. Keeping on with excuses and asking me to re-send in my documents for verification. They have kept my funds for a month now. I have heard dozens and dozens of the same stories, with people providing their information and having their money essentially stolen by Wishmaker. Avoid this casino at all costs. I am in the process of complaints with the gambling commission for their practices.

Stay away from this awful excuse for a company! As with many others I have had nothing but trouble with my account being locked without notice after 2-3 days (losing 200 free spins of the bonus) and was emailed advising me to "login" (how can I when it's locked DOH!) and provide verification docs. I jumped through the hoops for a couple of weeks with nothing but rejections of my docs that had been accepted by all other casino's. Eventually made some threats on live chat and my £50 deposit appeared back in my bank. Account is still locked which is fine by me as I do not intend to ever go near this awful site again!!!

In my opinion they do this to inflate the company value and as someone else already stated keep your cash to collect interest for themselves, proper nasty scam.

The worst online casino I have ever experienced. I joined and deposited £50 and the following day they LOCKED my ACCOUNT pending verification. I sent docs by email and via chat. 11 days later my account is still locked and they say this is normal period for verification. I told them to close my account and send me back my money, but they just keep saying that it's taking longer than expected. Saya sangat frustrasi dan kesalahan karena tidak ada komunikasi yang jelas dari pihak casino.
