Direct Delivery from Manufacturer: Changes in Shipping Date and Stock

As a customer, it is essential to know that the shipping date and stock of our products are subject to change due to factors beyond our control. The manufacturer's scheduling may cause changes in the expected delivery date or lead to stock depletion.

Return/Exchange Policy

In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to the following guidelines:

Return/Exchange Methods

  • Contact our customer service center at 1544-3800 or shop representative at 1566-4295
  • The manufacturer's shipping products are only eligible for return/exchange with their cooperation

Return/Exchange Period

  • For physical products: within 10 days of delivery
  • For digital content (eBooks): within 7 days of purchase
  • For used goods: within 6 days from the date of delivery (before purchase confirmation)

Return/Exchange Fees

  • If the customer's return/exchange is due to a simple change of mind or incorrect purchase, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
  • However, if the customer cancels their order within the designated time frame (between 00:00 and 06:30 AM), they will not be charged a cancellation fee.
  • For certain products (audio records, video materials, gifts), a 30% cancellation fee may apply. However, orders placed between 00:00 and 13:00 PM are exempt from this fee.
  • Packaging fees will be charged for each box.

Reasons for Return/Exchange Ineligibility

  • Damage or loss caused by the customer's negligence
  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged, resulting in a significant decrease in value (e.g., cosmetics, food, electronic devices)
  • Products with torn packaging (e.g., CDs, DVDs, software, comics)
  • Custom-made products ordered by the customer
  • eBooks and audiobooks downloaded more than once
  • Used goods that have been confirmed as sold (7 days from delivery)

Consumer Protection

  • In cases of defective or damaged products, our company will handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards (issued by the Fair Trade Commission)
  • Compensation for delayed refunds: we will follow the guidelines set forth in the Consumer Protection Act to ensure a fair and timely resolution.
