When purchasing goods from our website, it is important to understand the return and exchange policy. Here are the details:

Please note that the expected delivery date may be changed or delayed due to various reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you in advance.

Return and Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through our Customer Satisfaction Center (1544-3800) or My Shop (1566-4295). Please note that returns and exchanges are only possible for products that have been agreed upon by the seller and buyer.

Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges can be made within 10 days of delivery completion, except for digital contents such as eBooks, which can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. For used goods, returns and exchanges can be made within 6 days from the date of delivery completion (before purchase confirmation).

Fees for Returns and Exchanges

The customer will bear the cost of returning or exchanging products due to their change of heart or mistake in purchasing. However, there may be a fee for international orders that have not been shipped yet.

  • For digital contents such as eBooks, there is no additional fee.
  • For used goods, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
  • If you cancel an order during the 10-day period (for new goods) or 6-day period (for used goods), we will charge a 20% cancellation fee. However, this fee will be waived if you cancel your order within the specified time frame.

Reasons for Refusal of Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges may not be possible in certain situations, including:

  • The product has been damaged or altered due to customer negligence.
  • The customer has opened or used the product, resulting in a significant reduction in its value (e.g. cosmetics, food, electronics).
  • The product is a duplicate or replica that cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The customer has requested customization or special ordering of the product.
  • The product is no longer available due to changes in market conditions.

Compensation for Consumer Damage

In cases where our products are defective or damaged, we will provide compensation and ensure that our customers receive a satisfactory solution. Our return and exchange policy is based on the guidelines set by the Fair Trade Commission.

Refund Delay Compensation

If there is a delay in processing refunds, we will provide compensation according to the laws governing electronic commerce.
