Products shipped by our company may be subject to changes in delivery dates or stockouts due to sales reasons.

Return/Cancellation Policy
Please note that the return/cancellation policy for each product is specified in its description. However, below are general guidelines:

How to Return/Cancel

  • Contact our customer service center (1544-3800) or the shop (1566-4295)
  • Only products that have been agreed upon with the seller can be returned or exchanged.

Eligibility Period for Returns/Cancellations

  • For physical products, returns/cancellations are accepted within 10 days of delivery
  • For digital content such as eBooks, returns/cancellations are accepted within 7 days of purchase
  • For second-hand products, returns/cancellations are accepted within 6 days of delivery (before confirmation of purchase)

Return/Cancellation Fees

  • If the customer simply changes their mind or makes a mistake in purchasing, they will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • For some digital content, such as eBooks, there may be a cancellation fee if the customer cancels their order more than 7 days after delivery.
  • For second-hand products, returns/cancellations are only accepted within the specified eligibility period.

Reasons Why Returns/Cancellations Are Not Accepted

  • Products that have been damaged or tampered with by the customer
  • Products that have lost value due to use or opening (e.g. cosmetics, food, electronics, etc.)
  • Products that cannot be resold due to damage or defects
  • Products that are no longer suitable for sale due to changes in market conditions

Compensation for Customer Losses

  • If a product is defective or does not meet the expected quality standards, the customer may be entitled to a refund or exchange.
  • The company will handle any disputes or complaints according to the Consumer Protection Act.

Delay in Refund Payments

  • In cases where there is a delay in making a refund payment, the company will follow the procedures outlined in the Consumer Protection Act.
